Marketing Plan

Purpose:
The PEIMFMNP believes that in order to support forest-based rural communities on Prince Edward Island in the long term; we need to concentrate resources on opportunities to increase our fundraising ability in hopes of being financially sustainable while minimizing our organizations dependency on government funding.

- Assess the funding history of the PEIMFNP by analyzing current and potential project supporters.
- Measure the present funding partners* satisfaction with the PEIMFNP.
- Examine the presence or absence of competing organizations.

- If required, communicate with existing partners and the Education Outreach Project Lead to develop a new branding image for the PEIMFNP.
